S Gaming secures Spelinspektionen B2B licence to enter Swedish market

Sweden’s mandatory B2B supplier permit regime, in force since July 2023, now clears S Gaming to distribute its catalogue to Swedish-licensed operators.

B2B slot studios are increasingly pursuing direct regulatory accreditation in Nordic markets, where Spelinspektionen requires suppliers to hold their own permit before supplying any Swedish-licensed operator. S Gaming confirmed on 2 November 2026 that it has been granted a gambling software permit by the Swedish Gambling Authority (Spelinspektionen), supported through the process by compliance consultancy BetComply.

Swedish permit clears path to operator distribution

S Gaming, the London-based B2B slot studio incorporated in April 2023, has been granted a gambling software permit by Sweden’s Spelinspektionen, giving the studio the regulatory standing to supply content to Swedish-licensed operators.

The permit is a mandatory requirement: any entity that manufactures, provides, installs, or modifies gambling software used for online casino in Sweden must hold a software-supplier licence, regardless of where it is established.

S Gaming already holds a UK Gambling Commission licence (account 63599) and an MGA recognition notice (RN/012/2024). The Swedish permit adds a third regulated jurisdiction to the studio’s compliance footprint and opens the market to its catalogue ahead of a planned content rollout.

Initial titles and content timeline

A selection of S Gaming’s titles, including Will it Ring?, Box Breaker, Spice is Right, and Faithful Fortunes, will be made available to Swedish players in the coming weeks, with further releases to follow from January 2027.
